It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Edward "Eddie" Taylor, who left this world far too early on September 23, 2023, having been born on February 6, 1965. He was a man of great character and charm, whose absence will leave a gaping hole in the hearts of those who had the good fortune of knowing him. "I love you, Sweetness," will forever echo in my mind in remembrance of him.

An enthusiastic and skillful angler, Edward reveled in the peaceful solitude afforded by Bass fishing, an activity which he regarded as a treasured pastime. His intimacy with nature and the peace it provided him was a testament to his love for simple pleasures in life.

Edward held a profound reverence for family and friends, considering them the bedrock of his existence. He lived his life as a testament to his dedication to their welfare, consistently placing those he cared for above his own needs. His selflessness was a beacon of hope to those around him, illuminating the true value of unconditional love and companionship.

Though Edward is no longer with us physically, his spirit persists in the irreplaceable memories he created and shared with us. We will gather to celebrate and honor Edward's life at a Memorial service on October 6, 2023, at 10:00 AM at Simplicity: Lowcountry Cremation and Burial Services.
