Edward S. Dziecol, 58, of Ottawa passed away Tuesday, January 3rd, 2023, at OSF St. Francis in Peoria.  Funeral services will be at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, January 14th at the First Baptist Church of Ottawa, on McKinley Rd. Food will be provided after service.

Ed was born on August 15th, 1965, in Lasalle, IL to Raymond and Mary Dzieciol (monaghan).

He is survived by brother Raymond Dzieciol (Linda) of Stoughton, Wisconsin; Life partner Violet Fessler of Ottawa, granddaughter Jade Syverson Snell of Ottawa, grandson Zach Anderson of Ottawa.

Ed worked at Clover technology for 10 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family and cooking for everyone. In his free time he would be watching sports like football or spending time gardening. He loved his rock&roll music. He was very eccentric and outgoing, he never met a stranger because he could be friends with everyone. Ed had an endless capacity to love others and take care of people in need. His family will miss his goofy sense of humor and the way he could always make you laugh.
