Background
Dr. Eduardo Francisco was a teen during the Japanese occupation of the Philippines. He lost two brothers and a sister through the war.
He felt a deep appreciation for the US Military and their commitment to their allies. He saw first hand the compassion and mission of the US Armed Forces as they liberated his village.
At age 38, Dr. Francisco joined the US Navy and served as the Executive Officer of the hospital at Marine Corps Air Station, El Toro. During his service, he was promoted to Commander leading more than a hundred doctors and nurse to care for Marines and their families. Contribute to Wounded Warrior Project
