Edna Ruth Summers was born on March 9, 1937 in Dekalb, Mississippi to the late Samuel Campbell Sr. and Georgianna Campbell. From the beginning, her life was rooted in family, faith and hard work.
Edna was a dedicated worker throughout her life. She worked in a factory and faithfully served families for many years through childcare and homecare. She was known for her reliability, compassion and willingness to serve others wherever she was needed.
