With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Edna Dinardi Voge, an inspiring soul and cherished family matriarch, on July 15, 2023. Born in the year 1943, Edna's life was a testament to resilience, compassion, and enduring love.
Edna was predeceased by her beloved parents, Daniel and Vivian Dinardi, who instilled in her the values of family and hard work that she carried throughout her life. She was also predeceased by her siblings, David Dinardi, Diane Jackson, and Don Dinardi, whose shared childhood memories and bonds of kinship brought her immense joy. Edna also mourned the loss of her sister-in-law Sumiko Dinardi, a cherished part of the close-knit Dinardi family.
Her spirit lives on in the hearts of those she left behind - her devoted husband, Lyle Voge, who she shared countless memories and milestones with, her Son, Michael Skoblin, who was always a source of immense pride for her. She also leaves behind her loving daughter, Faye Andrews, and her siblings; Daniel Dinardi, her brother, and Peggy Lytton, her sister. Their family bond remains unbroken even in her absence.
Edna's legacy will continue to be nurtured by her doting grandchildren, Briana Andrews, Alyssa Maher, Rob Patton, Chris Patton, and a growing number of great grandchildren, who she adored with all her heart and soul.³
Edna enjoyed sewing, quilting, cooking, spending time with family, and going to casinos. An ardent fan of the TV show 'Jeopardy', Edna's love for trivia and knowledge was infectious. She was a font of wisdom and an unwavering source of support for her family and friends.
While her physical presence will be sorely missed, Edna's spirit will live on in the lives of those she touched. Her life serves as a beautiful reminder of the power of love, resilience, tenacity and the importance of family.
