Eddy's obituary
Ed was born September 17, 1952 in Linton, Indiana to Jim and Thelma (Ashcraft) Robertson. He graduated from Linton-Stockton High School in 1972 and went on to serve in the Indiana National Guard attaining the rank of Staff Sergeant (E-6). He worked construction in different states. On June 25, 1982, he married Cheryl Ann Brown. They raised two children together, Lacey and Levi.
Ed had a passion for family and all things outdoors. Fishing, hunting, cruising the country in his ranger, spending time with family and friends, and lending a helping hand were his favorite activities. He was always tinkering; whether it be repairing broken things, making new things, or modifying things to his liking. He liked nothing better than to sit around a fire while telling stories that would have everyone rolling with laughter.
Ed was preceded in death by his father, Jim, and his mother, Thelma. He is survived by his wife Cheryl, his three children, James (Kelly) Robertson, Lacey (David) Howell, and Levi Robertson, his grandchildren, Dalton Robertson, Devin Robertson, Ember Howell, and Talon Howell, and great-grandchild, Dalilah Robertson, his siblings, Connie (Jim) Fulford, Rodney (Cindy) Robertson, and Alice (Jean Louis) Robertson, and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
There will be a Celebration of Life summer 2021 for family and close friends.
