Eddie was born September 20, 1930 to the late Bill Williams and Lula Lott.

Eddie was educated in Carroll County. He was employed by Heatcraft, where he retired after 35 years. He was a hard worker. He loved to fish and hunt.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Bertha Kimbrough Williams, his parents, one daughter, Theresa Mcneal, two brothers Wade Williams and JB Williams, and three sisters. William Mae Ingram, Carrie Lee Sandiford and Juliet Bedford.

Cherishing his memories: one son, Eddie Williams of Memphis, TN, five daughters, Joyce Williams of Memphis, TN, Althea (Herbert) of Southaven, MS, Bonnetta Brooks of Memphis, TN, Loretta (Albert) Varnado of Duck Hill, MS , and Carla Williams of Water Valley, MS, 13 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren, three sisters, Calddie B Williams, Mildred Green, and Lois Shackelford, all of Grenada, MS, one brother, Windell Beck of Grenada, MS and a special nephew, Charles (Glinda) Williams Jr of McCarley, MS, and a special friend, Sarah Ann Simpson of McCarley, MS, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
