Corbie's obituary
"Fare you well, fare you well, I love you more than words can tell. Listen to the river sing sweet songs to rock my soul" - Brokedown Palace, The Grateful Dead
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our son, brother, and uncle. E "Corbie" Corbett Walsh, 45, passed away earlier this week at his home in Sewickley, Pennsylvania.
Corbie lived life with a deep sense of adventure, finding joy in kayaking through the Vineyard Haven Lagoon and hiking along nature’s most beautiful trails. He had a keen eye for photography, capturing the beauty of the world around him. A devoted fan of Phish, their music was the soundtrack to many of his happiest memories. Some of his most peaceful days were spent on Aquinnah Beach, carefully building cairns and leaving behind small tributes to the places he loved.
Our family would appreciate anyone sharing their stories and photos of Corbie on this page. Not only will it bring us comfort to see all the love for Corbie, it will also give us a place to smile, laugh, and remember him.
