We mournfully announce the passing of Eugene Leroy Mills (Gene) age 55 of Spokane, Wa.
Gene passed away October 4th 2021 unexpectedly.
Gene, Born to Clayton and Patricia Mills July 1, 1966 was 2nd to youngest of 5 siblings. Gene grew up in Libby, Montana and later moved to California, where he obtained his GED.
Gene was a jack of all trades, he could do anything from mechanics work to high tech computers, nothing stopped …
