Dylan's obituary

Dylan Robert Lowe, 29, passed away unexpectedly in Portland, Oregon on August 6, 2023.   Those who loved him have been devastated by his passing.

He was born November 9, 1993 to Rick Lowe and Susan Baldwin Lowe and spent his younger years playing sports like football, basketball and track.  Dylan graduated from The Dalles High School in 2012.  As a kid, he enjoyed spending time with friends cliff diving and going on trips.  Spending time with those he loved was extremely important to him and his is fondly remembered by many close cousins, friends and loved ones.

At the time of Dylan's passing he was a heavy equipment operator at Republic Services.  He spent his work days carpooling and working with his father-in-law Dusty Wells and brother-in-law Ira Hutchins.  They enjoyed each others company and were often joking around and laughing.

In 2022, Dylan met the love of his life, Francys, and they were married in Kennewick, Washington.  He settled down with Francys, their children and the family dog "Fred" on the family horse farm in Benton City, Washington.  When he wasn't working, he could be found spending time outside with his children.  Dylan loved taking his family to the Oregon Coast and the zoo.

Dylan is loved and missed greatly by his wife Francys Mae (Thomsen) Lowe and children, Burkleigh Jo Layne and Branston Robert.  He is survived by his father Rick Lowe, brothers Skyler and Kane Lowe, his in-laws Dusty and Paige Wells, brother-in-law Ira Hutchins.  He is also survived by his mother Susan Baldwin Lowe and many close cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family asks donations be made via the link in this obituary, venmo, cash app or message for address to mail.  We thank you all for your support of Francys and the kids to get by over the next few weeks/months.
