My heart goes out to you, your team and his family during this difficult time. While I never met Dwayne in person, I had the pleasure of working with him on many occasions. He was always so helpful and very nice to work with on those many occasions. I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I had the pleasure of working with Dwayne many times over several years and projects and from those experiences I had the opportunity to observe a person who was truly selfless, hard working, diligent, highly skilled and above all genuinely caring towards everyone he encountered.

Dwayne was a friendly and approachable person you could always count on to make the best out of challenging situations by outwardly displaying kindness to all without exception. He was always an even keeled steady hand whom you could rely and relax knowing everything will be be fine simply because Dwyane was on the job.

A few years ago Dwayne was working on a plumbing problem at my parents home at a time when my Fathers health was very poor and while there my Father took a fall and Jason called me to let me know and told me Dwayne was there and helped get him back up. Because I knew Dwaynes unquestionable character and gentle approach I was comforted in the moment that my Father was being helped by a person that truly cared and will never forget that moment and will be forever grateful.

I have no doubt Dwyane will be missed by many many people and I hope it gives some comfort to know his legacy is substantive given the countless number people that had the benefit to meet him. To honour his legacy we all should make every effort to be patient, respectful and kind to everyone you meet regardless of the circumstances as I believe that is what Dwyane would have wanted.
