Dustin Logan Downing, 17, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, passed away on March 8, 2026. He was born October 28, 2008, in Colby, Kansas, to Tami Fisher and Travis Downing.

Dustin had a caring spirit and brought joy to those around him. He cherished his family, especially his close bond with his sister, Sidra, which was filled with laughter, support, and lasting memories.

He attended Bartlesville High School and Tri County Tech, where he pursued construction and hands-on learning, earning multiple certifications.

Dustin’s paternal grandparents, Sharon and Joe Ibanez, especially cherished the time Dustin and Sidra spent visiting them. Those moments brought great joy and will be forever treasured.

Dustin is survived by his mother, Tami Fisher of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; his father, Travis Downing of Hays, Kansas; his sister, Sidra Downing of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; his paternal grandparents, Sharon and Joe Ibanez of Grainfield, Kansas; and his cats, Theo and Binx.

A service to celebrate Dustin’s life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Stumpff Funeral Home.
