Duane "Chip" Wilson Graduated from Horseheads High School in 1983 and went on to serve in The United States Marine Corps.
He was a very Private person who was extremely Talented in the Construction Field and Loved studying History.In his Spare time he enjoyed watching Sports and spending time with his Family and Friends.
