It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Duane "Woody" Harwood, fondly known to many as Woody, Born on March 2, 1970, he embraced life with vigor until his untimely passing on September 5, 2023.
Duane was a man of many wonderful traits, but he was most commonly described as kind, funny, helpful, outgoing, charismatic, and charming. His natural ability to brighten any room and his willingness to lend a helping hand will be deeply missed by all those who knew him.
He believed in the importance of laughter, urging everyone in his life to not take themselves too seriously. He firmly believed in the value of friendship and stressed the importance of valuing people over profit. These principles can be seen in his approach to everyday life and his relationships with family and friends.
Duane's accomplishments were numerous, but he was proudest of his stand-up comedy and his role as a father to his beloved children, Devon and Amy. His sense of humor and love for life will forever be echoed in their shared laughter and memories.

Duane touched countless lives through his generosity, humor, and love, and he will be sorely missed by all those fortunate enough to have known him.
