Drake's obituary
It is with extreme heartache that we announce the passing of Drake Conditt, who left us far too soon on December 23, 2025. Born on March 11, 1999, Drake led a life filled with adventure, vigor, and profound love and admiration from everyone he met along the way.
Drake's light in life will continue to shine through his loving family who survive him. His mother and sister - Jody Fletcher & Josephine “Jozy” Caine. They mourn his loss deeply. He also leaves behind his step-father Corey Hunt, his brother-in-law Peter Caine II, and his nephews, Cyrus and Caesar Caine. His love also extended to his grandparents, Leonard and Linda Fletcher, and Matt Conditt. His aunt Heather McLaughlin, and cousins; Brittney Thomas, Briay Conditt, Danielle Hersrud, Mollie Wagner, and Jade McLaughlin will all remember him fondly. His legacy will also be continued on by his most trusted friends Michael Montanarello, Keagan Hayes, Blake Hallman, Brennan Lisk and Ashton Lisk.
Drake was predeceased by his cherished grandmother Stef Conditt, his dear aunt Taylor Osborne and his most beloved dog, Ada Belle. Their memories together played a significant role in his life and will continue to influence his family's lives moving forward.
Drake is described by his loved ones as uplifting, free-spirited, sweet, loving, confident, funny, loyal, and protective. He was known to tell everyone, "Slap that bitch depression off your face and keep going”, as a testament to his bravery and resilience. He believed in working hard and playing even harder.
To know Drake was to love Drake. He was well known for his passion and talent in skateboarding, snowboarding, hunting, fishing, camping and being an all-around “Colorado Man". He loved his steak & eggs with avocado as much as his cheese quesadillas. He had a wide ranging taste in music, with some of his favorites being, $uicideboy$, Azizi Gibson, Playboy Carti, Of Monsters and Men, among many many others. He was a dedicated fan of the Buffalo Bills and Colorado Avalanche. He also had a passion for video games, particularly World of Warcraft, and cherished any and all time spent in nature.
Drake's vibrant spirit and warmth will be significantly missed by all those fortunate enough to have known him. His memory will live on in the stories shared, the music played, and the food enjoyed in his honor. Let his loved ones find comfort in the thought that he is now at peace.
