Lance's obituary
Dr. Lance Terry, 54, of Lewisville, TX., went to be with his Lord on January 2, 2023 at his home. A celebration of life service will be held at 10 am at Cross City Church, 1000 W Airport Fwy., Euless, TX. 76040. The service will be officiated by Dr. Terry’s beloved friend, Dr. Ben Smith.
Dr. Terry was born in Hammond, Indiana on October 8, 1968. After graduating from Parker Chiropractic College, he opened Vista Ridge Chiropractic in Lewisville, Texas, where he utilized his passion of chiropractic for 25 years. Throughout his life, Dr. Terry spread God’s joy, light, and love, becoming a friend to all that he encountered. During his freetime, Dr. Terry enjoyed cooking, music, art, sporting events, and cheering on those around him. Dr. Terry lived his life based on his favorite verse, 1 Corinthians 13:13. His greatest passion was loving others, which he showed through leading church groups, volunteering in his community, and feeding the homeless. To us, he is a son, father, grandfather, friend, chiropractor, volunteer, and “Batman.”
Dr. Lance Terry is survived by his mother, Marilyn Terry, his children, Alexis Ford and Dr. Cameron Ford, Skyler Kerr and Zak Kerr, and Madilyn Terry, as well as his 2 beloved grandchildren, Greyson Ford and Everly Ford. He is also survived by his siblings, Amy Player and Cliff Player, and Dr. Rex Terry and Dawn Terry. Dr. Lance Terry is preceded in death by his father, Dr. Lindsay Terry.
