Anene's obituary

Dr. Anene L. Nnolim, a beloved member of the Royal Palm Beach community, passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2024 at the age of 74. Born in Enugu, Nigeria on Saturday, May 6, 1950, he attended the prestigious College of Immaculate Conception also in Enugu.

He went on to earn a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a master's in Business Administration, and a doctorate in Information Technology.

Dr. Nnolim made a lasting impact throughout his professional career, most recently as an Associate Professor at Florida Institute of Technology.

He was a dedicated and meticulous individual, known for his exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. He was a hard worker with unwavering integrity who approached every task with diligence. He had a forward-thinking and progressive mindset.

As the patriarch of his family, he was a guiding force, always leading by example. He shared a loving marriage with his wife, Mary Rose Nnolim, for 47 years, during which they raised three wonderful children (Obi, Nneka, and Udoka). His legacy of hard work and honesty will continue to inspire all who knew him. He will be deeply missed.

A visitation service will be held at Lakeside Funeral Home & Cremation Care in Royal Palm Beach, Florida on Friday, August 9, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Dr. Nnolim will be peacefully laid to rest at: Our Lady Queen of Peace Cemetery located at 10941 Southern Blvd. in Royal Palm Beach, Florida from 1:00 p.m. to 1:15 p.m.

Dr. Nnolim is survived by his wife, three children, two daughters-in-law, two grandchildren, two brothers, one sister, as well as many extended family and friends. Arrangements are provided by Lakeside Funeral Home & Cremation Care. He will be remembered for his kindness, intelligence, and dedication to his family, friends, and colleagues. May he rest in eternal peace.
