Douglas r Tyler had the VA and the USAF outright screw him over since having traumatic brain injury on January 31st 1980 while active duty stationed at Izmir. HE has walnut sized calcified brain tumor 41 years behind his nasal cavity. He served in the USAF from 1973 to 1983. As a senior staff accountant in the trusted with the money chaplains office where he served a decade. His commanding officer was in charge of the safety and health of HIS men and women. To have put him back to his post for two years after three fractures to his skull and with a unknown brain tumor growing is proven now is OUTRIGHT dereliction of his duty by his commanding officer yep returned to his post. With a brain tumor growing in His head. And now when we start filing for traumatic brain injury with tension headaches, this has him shoved into a medicare facility trying wash there hands of multiple investigations and to find out at morton plant hospital he has stage four colon cancer. They killed him slowly made me do all the care and now greviously they reduced us to squalor through overbearing illegal above the 15% allowed by federal law, garnishments while service connected and on a debt he should never been charged with. Debt created by illegally and on purpose American legion representative after fully disclosing his TBI and providing the discovery documents and CALCIFICATION dating by the Mayo Clinic cancer center in Rochester mn. Overpayment of non service connected pension. He should been granted benefits for service connected compensation back to January 31st 1980. Then to garnish me DIRECTLY, His payee and all while he did not handle his own affairs shows gross ongoing misconduct by the AMERICAN LEGION IN AUSTIN TEXAS AND BAYPINES VA HOSPITAL AND DEBT MANAGEMENT CENTER in Minnesota, the VA and baypines va hospital. Who had my timely correspondence sent to them by the bureau of the fiscal advising of the illegality they are doing, they seized Douglas Tyler's out of pocket medical expenses for 2017. Thats right money being reimbursed to our aid and attendance amount. To increase from 750.00 to 1250.00 a month. Shows again illegality to the extreme. After garnished for 237.00 and paying voluntarily through pension 100.00 I HAD ALREADY setup prior and already taken that month 327.00 they seize 2870. 00 further ruining us financial to utter destitution. I have entrusted proof of it all. If one thing might be a mistake. 7 out 8 things is out right attack of service connected veteran. The eighth thing, FLATOUT MAKES 8 OUT OF 8, is not paying us any veterans directed care for HIS care when all information needed was setup and ready. Should be removed and barred from any and all federal positions as it is not a place for anyone who is immoral, unethical,and a partner to illegal action done by all listed at BAYPINES. The VA is illegally representing veterans with all there service providers trained and being allowed to unlawfully place claims undocumented onto travel board hearings without much help what so ever. No documentation supporting and NO increase on assigning percentages on each of his 27 listed medical conditions for Douglas Tyler in four years. Now section chief Elaine sawyer who has ripped us both off of 98,000.00 of pay in veterans directed care, yep. 2400.00 a month to the family caretaker over close to the now four ongoing years of unpaid overbearing care, reducing us to squalor she induced, hand to hand screwing us with the upper echelons at BAYPINES VA hospital.
