Our beloved Douglas Steichen “D Fresh” entered into God’s Kingdom on August 19, 2022.  He battled stage four cancer with everything he had and never once wavered from his faith.  

Douglas was a loyal servant to God, first and foremost. He loved the church and loved sharing the love and warmth of our savior, Jesus Christ, with as many people as possible.  Douglas joins his father Howard, his mother Alice and his brother Loren in Heaven.   He was the most amazing loving father to Chad and Kelli and the best Papa (aka Papa Freshie) to his grandchildren.  He was a loving brother, partner, uncle and the greatest friend anyone could ask for.   He loved making people laugh and just being silly in general.  He will be truly missed by so many people.  Join us in celebration of his life.
