Douglas Reid Quarles, son of the late , Robert M. Quarles, Jr. and, the late Elsie L. (Washington), Quarles, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 5, 2020. Katz, as he was called by family and close friends, was a 10 year veteran of the United State Navy where he further developed his love of food and cooking. He later received his degree in the Culinary Arts program at Bristol Community College and worked at several …
