Douglas "Doug" Nurse, affectionately known as Doug but preferred Douglas, passed away on April 19, 2025. Born on July 25, 1978, his life was one filled with compassion, determination, and a heart full of love. He has now free to join his loving mother, Lorna Francis Nurse, in Heaven. His legacy will be carried on here by his loving partner, Lara Costa and their daughter Ava Grace. Also his father Douglas Nurse Sr, his sister Dana Nurse, and adult son Jason from a previous relationship. His spirit, humor, and resilience left a powerful mark on all who knew him. Douglas will be profoundly missed and remembered fondly. Live on in our hearts, Douglas.
