Douglas Matson Moon (DOUGGY) born November 24th, 1958 in Troy, Pennsylvania, formerly from Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania was called home February 22nd. 2022 to be with Our Lord and Family and Friends he missed dearly.

Previous to Douggy becoming disabled he was employed by Taylor Beef Plant in Wyalusing, Pennsvivania as a meat boner for several years which he highly enjoyed doing. 

Prior to Douglas moving to York, Pennsylvania he had been the main caregiver for his mother for several years up until August 2015.

Douggy always had been a joy and blessing to be accompanied by and could brighten your day no matter what. He had huge heart of gold, and would do anything for anyone to ensure their happiness.

He loved spending time with family and friends Laughing and joking making memories one can never forget., He enjoyed fishing, hunting, collecting anything Mother Nature and this earth had he could pick up with his hands.

He will be deeply missed by Family, Friends, and the many lives he touched along his life's journey.

Douglas was preceded in death by his Mother Ms. Marlene A. Johnson, Father Mr. Charles Edward Moon Jr, Sister Ms. Renee Barrett, Brother Mr. Kevin Moon, Grandson Brandon Lee, Moon, Niece Ms. Kristen Moon and Nephew Mr. Michael Lee Moon.

He leaves behind two children, Angela and Eugene Moon of laceyville, Pa. Two Brothers Charles Edward Moon Ill of Falls, Pa, Clinton and wife Melanie of Tampa Florida, Sister Susie (Kerry) and companion Charles of York. Pennsylvania , Aunts, Uncles, Grandchildren, and many Nieces and Nephews.

Services will be announced at a later date per the Family's request.
