Douglas James Miller, age 52, passed away peacefully in his home on December 10, 2024.

Born on January 13, 1972 in Wichita, KS, Doug moved to Colorado in May of 2001. Doug enjoyed 22 years of marriage with his wife, Emily Miller. Together, they raised two children, Olivia and Nicholas, who he loved unconditionally.

Douglas was the son of Kay and Jim Miller and a brother to Richard and Nelson. His family remembers him as a devoted husband, father, son, and brother who brought joy to their lives with his quirky humor and dry dad jokes.

An avid off-roading enthusiast, Douglas found great joy exploring rugged mountain trails in his Jeep. He also had a passion for the Colorado Rockies and the Kansas City Chiefs. He found great joy in playing his bass guitar and all things Disney.

Doug will be missed by his family, his coworkers, and countless friends and neighbors.
