Douglas "Doug" Ray Hilliard peacefully went home to the Lord on April 5, 2021, he was born May 31, 1953. Doug was born and raised in Mt. Vernon, IL. Throughout his life he moved between Chicago, Il. St. Louis, Mo., Mt. Vernon and finally made Holland, MI. his home.
