We lost a very special woman due to Alheimers and Dementia on February 2, 2020. Dorothy Juanita Steele was 86 years old, the wife of Joseph Bartow Steele, Veteren and Survivor of the Korean war. She was a mother of four, grandmother of five, great grandmother of 15 and a great great grandmother to one. We recently found out after her passing that she was without life insurance that we are aware of or can find out. Unfortunately we can not find any resources to help with the Funeral arrangements and burial services that are supposed to be taking place tomorrow February 8th 2020. The cost of everything is $10,000 with another $5000 to be used for outstanding bill's and taxes that are owed. WE have had to cancel the funeral due to not having the funds. We have contacted the VA and as to our dismay they have not been able to help with any payment arrangements reguarding her burial. We could use all the help we can get to be able to lay our sweet loved one to rest. God Bless you If you can help our family through this most difficult time and desperate plea for help.
