Born on April 15, 1962, Dottie brought a rainbow of colours into the world, with her favorite being a bold, cheerful Blue that mirrored her bubbly, warm, and witty personality.

Her legacy is one that will continue to inspire and guide those who were fortunate to know her. Dottie had an infectious enthusiasm for life, an enthusiasm she channeled into her love for the North Carolina Tar Heels, Dallas Cowboys and her passion for crafts.
