Dorothy Louise Feather (Dot) passed away in her home in Woodstock VA on December 29, 2018. She was 78.
Dorothy was born on October 26, 1940 in Salisbury MD to parents Vaughn and Marie Bell. She leaves behind four daughters, Sonya Abbott and husband Joe of Parsonsburg MD, Eva Feather of Delmar DE, Bobbi Smoot of Woodstock VA, and Teresa Deao and husband Gene of Salisbury MD.
