My Mimi was the most special person I know. She was my absolute Best Friend growing up as a little girl. We did everything together, from shopping to watching Walker Texas Ranger. She meant the world to me. She was the sassiest, fiercest, most independent woman I knew, and I wanted to be just like her growing up. Alzheimer’s is a horrible disease it took my Mimi away from me way before I was ready. I am at peace knowing she is whole again in every way. I love you Mimi and can’t wait to hug your neck again!

Doris Ann Pruitt McQueary passed away on January 16, 2020 at the age of 78. She leaves behind her only daughter, Joanna Lea McQueary Gossett, son-in-law James Donal Gossett, granddaughter Carley Roxanne Gossett and grandson Brandon James Gossett. Her daughter was by her side when she took her last earthly breathe. She is whole again and residing with Jesus. I love you Momma forever. I will see you again someday. Rest easy Momma.
