BARNSTEAD -- Dorinda I. Gerlack, 93, of Suncook Valley Road, died Oct. 12, 2008, at the Epsom Manor.

She was born in Websterville, Vt., on June 24, 1915, to Alfred and Georgianna (Deslayries) Come. She resided in Center Barnstead for more than 30 years, coming from Gilman Corners in Alton.

A homemaker, she enjoyed crocheting, knitting and embroidering, reading and collecting Beanie Babies. She loved playing Bingo.

Family includes sons Henry C. Gerlack of Center Barnstead, Alfred F. Gerlack of Brookline, Rolla D. Gerlack of Littleton, Clarence G. Gerlack of Pittsfield, and Frank R. Gerlack of New York; daughters Eleanor L. Come of Ossipee, Shirley P. Smith of Barnstead, Madgeline E. Gerlack of Pittsfield, and Della M. O'Mullen of Allenstown; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, Henry A. Gerlack Sr., and two children, Cecelia Brown and William Gerlack.

SERVICES: Calling hours are Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Peaslee Alton Funeral Home, 12 School St., Alton. A funeral is Thursday at 10 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment will be at the New Riverside Cemetery in Alton.
