Doretha Jackson gained her angel wings on November 13, 2022 at her home in Columbia, SC. Doretha was 92 years old.

Doretha's life would seem too short to many, but those of us who were Blessed to be touched by her understand that her existence and the imprint She left on our hearts exceed the quantity of time that She stayed here.
Doretha was talented and adventurous in many aspects of her life. She was a master of cooking and an amazing soul When Doretha wasn't working , she could be found in the garden, practicing crafting various of things. Not a day went by where Doretha didn't talk about how much her children and family meant to her , her family was arguably her most important achievement in life.

Doretha is survived by her loving her children Denise Wilson , Patrica Ann Wilson , Linda Wilson , Bo Wilson , Thad Wilson and countless friends. Doretha was predeceased by Jack Wilson.

Services are still being organized, but will be held at Dillon SC Baptist Church in the month of  December. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a contribution to love, an organization Doretha cared for.
