Dorathy Jean Koopmeiners, 73 of Coventry Township, Ohio passed away on April 30, 2020. She was preceded in death by her husband, Urban Koopmeiners & parents Samuel M Yergin and Doris R Yergin. She graduated from Coventry High School ('64) and worked as a librarian at Lakeview Elementary School.

Dorathy is survived by her children: Lisa (Todd) & Rick (Erica) and step-daughter Brenda (Tim) and her 5 grand children: Haylie, Jackson, Paige, Jessie & Tony and great granddaughter, Aubrey along with her siblings Jim, Joyce and Don (Ariane). Dorathy's family will miss her dearly, especially her fierce love, her exuberance for life, adventures in nature, and whimsical storytelling.
