Dora's obituary
Dora nació en Piedras Negras, Coahuila México, pero creció en Pasadena Texas en donde vivió la mayor parte de su vida. Trabajó a lado de su marido durante 45 años en una tapicería, negocio familiar del cual fueron propietarios por muchos años.
Sus pasiones más grandes fueron sus nietos, su familia, cocinar, bailar y sobre todo cantar en karaokes. A pesar de las enfermedades que fue desarrollando en los últimos años, esto nunca fue impedimento para que ella viviera al máximo su vida. Incluso hasta el final ella continuó luchando preocupada por cuidar a sus nietos y su esposo.
Cada una de las personas que conocieron a Dora la extrañarán profundamente.
Le sobreviven su amado esposo Luis, sus hijos Luis Jr., Javier y su esposa Gina; su hija Alicia y su esposo Chris; sus nietos Javier Jr., Luis Jr, Persephone, Yahira, Gianna y Zackery así como innumerables amigos.
Es precedida en la muerte por sus padres Gilberto y Alicia Chavez, su hermana Martha y Gilbert Jr. Chávez.
Los servicios funerales están programados para ser llevados a cabo de 5:00 PM a 8:00 PM el próximo jueves 4 de febrero de 2021 en el “Deer Park Funeral Directors”.
La celebración de la vida de Dora será a partir de las 11:00 AM el viernes 5 de febrero de 2021 en el “Deer Park Funeral Directors”. Después de esto, se llevará a cabo el entierro en el cementerio “Grandview”.
