My father's health took a major and sudden turn for the worst early this morning his heart stopped four times and his blood pressure could not be stabilized he suffered irreversible brain damage, all of his medical options had been maxed out. All that could be done was to continue resuscitation after the next flat line I was forced to make the decision to stop his suffering. Those who knew my father knew how much he loved to be out and about riding his bike and enjoying the small talk of a passing stranger. He was a man with more energy and spirit than his body would allow. With no chance of recovery I could not condem my father to vegetative existence. Due to his health he was forced into early retirement and lost his life insurance and burial policy through his employer in the process. The funeral home he was sent to does not have a payment arrangement plan so they expect payment upfront and currently we do not have the funds available.
