Our dearly loved Donnakaye Daum sadly passed away on Sept 15, 2022 at the age of 68, just 10 days before her 69th birthday.  Donna spent her life training and showing horses.  Her accomplishments were endless, helping shape and mold countless young adults through the common love of equine and showmanship.   She also had many friends and was a well-loved member of the community in Winnebago, IL. Donna had recently moved to Galena and had plans to open a new horse barn to train horses and continue her long running tradition of giving riding lessons to youth.  She passed unexpectedly and will be truly missed.  Donnakaye was one of a kind, she will be truly missed by many.
