Donna Sue Fisher, 65, of Frostburg died Friday, October 22, 2021 at her residence.

Born November 3, 1955 in Oakland Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Rowena Heath.

She is survived by her two daughters, Rebecca (Thomas) Segar, Indiana, PA, Stephanie Fisher, Bethel Park, PA, her brother Joseph Heath, Terra Alta, WV, her four grandsons, Alexander Segar, Christopher Segar, Mitchell McGrail, Matthew McGrail, and her nephew Joseph Heath, Jr., Bruceton, WV.
