Donna Kay Rinehart O'Neal, 63 of Leeds, Alabama, passed away on February 7, 2025, at UAB Hospital. She is survived by her daughter, Tomi Kate O'Neal (Wes Steed); sister, Denise Hubbard (Randy); nephew Adam Hubbard (Savanna and Mac); Jamie and Donna Etheredge; and Barbara Rinehart. Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Tommie Etheredge and Chuck Rinehart; and her aunt Pat Maqourick.
