Sending my most sincere condolences to Donna's husband Bill Reeves and family.

May your happy memories give you all peace and comfort during this difficult time.

Mrs. Reeves was probably one of my favorite teachers at Villa. She always had chalk on her clothes but laughed at herself for it. She was loving and kind and I am so grateful I had her. Prayers for your family.

I was blessed to have Mrs.Reeves for 3 math classes at VMA! She recognized and encouraged my mathematical aptitude. Although I never did teach math, I am  a NYS certified math teacher mostly because of the amazing Mrs. Reeves!

Dear Bill and loving family.  I offer my sincere love and condolences at this sad time in your lives.  Donna was a special person. A gift from God to all of us that knew her. Bill is a life long friend. Actually, my best friend, who I love dearly. I admire the devotion Bill and Donna had for each other.  Their  remarkable devotion extended to their loving family and well beyond. I have cherished memories of the entire family. may you enjoy peace and Gods love always.

Mrs Reeves was my senior year homeroom teacher and calculus teacher at Villa.  I remember her stoic demeanor,  and her kind patience -- not so much with our struggle to understand the math, but with our antics.  How she got through her lessons with my bud Kristen and I causing mischief in the back of the room I'll never know! I'm so grateful to have had her as my teacher and as a core part of my Villa experience.  Sorry, Mrs Reeves, for flinging that rubberband at your elbow. You didn't skip a beat with your instruction, which made my memory of that moment even sweeter. RIP, and keep the rubberbands waiting.  🙏

Dear Bill, although we lost touch, you and Donna remained in my heart as best friends.   My prayers for you, your children, and grandchildren as you grieve the loss of a truly wonderful, loving human being.  All who knew her are blessed.

I was a student of Mrs. Reeves, in Trigonometry at Villa Maria. I knew nothing about trig going into her class. I struggled for the first few weeks, trying to make sense of the concepts. Mrs. Reeves's patience and ability to express complex mathematical ideas helped me grasp what was happening on the pages in front of me. I remember very clearly one afternoon when I was going over an equation, the concept suddenly "clicked" and it all made sense. It remains to this day one of my best memories of school, made possible 100% by Mrs. Donna Reeves. She was a great teacher. She seemed to be a great parent and partner. I'm so very sorry for the family's loss.

To the Reeves Family,

Please accept my deepest condolences; wishing you happiness looking back, strength looking forward and solace in the present.

With warmest regards, & comforting wishes,

Kika & Mindy
