Donna Mary Johnson went home to her Lord on March 28th, 2022 peacefully at home at the age of 58. Donna was born to Duane and Janet Johnson on September 8th, 1963 in Rockford, IL. As a child, she loved to play and never met someone who wasn't a friend. Donna was a loyal sister and companion, who loved gardening and supporting others.  Right up to the end of her life, she was always making sure others were taken care of and would do anything to be of service. Her vivacious and giving spirit will be missed by many. Even though Donna was taken too soon she lived an extraordinary life surrounded by people who loved and adored her. Throughout her entire life,  she held an unwavering faith in God, which she shared with everyone around her. Donna joins parents Duane and Janet Johnson and life partner Gilbert Campos in Heaven.  

She is survived by: her sisters Joan Stanis and Christine (Gregory) Loos; nieces and nephews- Mike (Heidi) Wiltzius, Katherine (Jeremy) Lofton, Jeffery (Stephanie) Stanis, Christopher Vaccaro, Jacquelin (Christopher Harter) Loos, Andrea Loos, many great nieces and nephews, and her best friend Tania Hall.  

Please join us in celebrating Donna's life on Saturday, April 2, 2022 at St. Bridget Catholic Church: 600 Clifford Avenue, Loves Park, IL 61111. Visitation is at 10 am with 11 am Mass to follow
