I met Donna around 2012, right after I became the ED for Volunteer Alexandria. Donna seemed to have a mission to connect people to do good. Makes me smile. Everything she did with us was to create something good. That's how Women & Wine, Cheers to a Good cause started in 2013. Donna connected me with Karen, and we all set to discuss what Karen's business could do. Women and Wine was born with its' three co-founders. A decade later, it still exists with a slightly different name (Women &...) but with the same mission - connecting women and doing good.  I'll miss Donna more than before. Now there is no hope she will return to our group and join the laughter and fun. 

Donna, you will never be forgotten, and you will bring a smile to me when I think about you. Thank you for the many great years and for being so kind. We could use more people like you. XOXO
