Donna was born on August 4th 1955 in St. Louis Missouri.
Donna was predeceased by her parents John and Norma Welsh, sister Debra Welsh, aunt Wanda Ricci and nephews Sean Krizman and Aaron Bordick.
She is survived by her daughter April Taylor, sisters Sandra Bordick and Patricia Krizman, Aunt Doris Roe and nieces Brandi Williams, and Andrea Bordick and nephew Justin Bordick
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in her honor to the American cancer society.
