Donna Kyler was born on August 26, 1956 to parents Rev. A. William and Jeanne Kyler. She was a graduate of Zion Bible Institute, and attended Central Bible College, she was accomplished in American sign language and had a desire to help disadvantaged. Donna would go out of her way to help friends and family whenever they had a need. She also loved her cats and dog.
