My grandma was the sweetest and most gentle soul I ever knew. She helped me become the person I am today, she inspired me to always show empathy. I'm so glad she was apart of my life, and I miss her every single day.My favorite memory with her was when we were sitting outside on the porch of the eagle rock house. It was summer (night), and thousands of fireflies scattered in the field. We sat on the old porch swing, and while I don't remember what she told me, I remember it was all positive.Whenever I see the forrest green I think of her, it was her favorite color.
What made my mom stand apart from everyone was her heart. She loved with her whole heart and you knew it because if she loved you she would do anything for you. I was born disabled and I know it was hard on my mom but she made it look effortless and stood by my side encouraging me till her last breath. She was the best mom and I now am making it my life goal to be a mom so I can share the love she showed me
I try to aspire to be more like my mom and share her kindness. Her care was infectious and she was loved beyond her family far and wide. I aim to also stop the people causing my family injustice... decisively but not wasting energy in anger.
