Donna Jean Kiefer

Donna Jean Kiefer, 90, passed away Saturday, December 16, 2023, in her home with her family by

her side. Donna was born April 23, 1933, in Shawano Wisconsin to Kenneth and Elfrieda Severson.

After the tragic death of her parents at age 11, Donna and her sister Delores moved to the farm in

Cecil, Wisconsin to live with their Uncle Henry and Aunt Marge.

Donna moved to Milwaukee after she graduated from High School. In 1953 she married Marvin

Kiefer,and were blessed with 4 children, Jeff, Jodi, Jill, and Jason. After Marvin passed away in 1974,

she continued raising her family and taking care of her home. Once her children were grown, she

held several clerical positions, the most recent being Hometown Oil.

In 1985 Donna met Arthur Dziedzic at a dance and they began dating. After 22 years of faithful

companionship, they married. Throughout their years together, they enjoyed traveling to sunkissed

resorts, in Mexico, Hawaii, and the Virgin Islands. They also enjoyed golfing, polka dancing,

concerts, and fancy dining at all the finest places.

Donna is survived by her children, Jill (Rob) Koscinski, Jason (Anne) Kiefer, daughter in law, Corinna

(Jeff) Kiefer, son in law, Mark (Jodi) Young; grandchildren, Niki, Chad, Brad, Jeni, RJ, Olive, Saber,

Tony, Dianna; great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and many other family and friends. A

special thanks to Uncle Tom for his kindness and friendship to Donna over the years.

Donna is preceded in death by her first husband and father of her children, Marvin Kiefer, husband,

Arthur Dziedzic, sister, Delores Rosenow, son, Jeff Kiefer, and daughter, Jodi Young.

Celebrationof life will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday January 27, 2024, at Wisconsin Memorial Park in

the Chapel of Flowers, with a committal service to follow at 3:00 PM.

The family would like to thank the staff at Lakewood Assisted living & Memory Care for the loving

care our mother received. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer

Society
