A woman of faith, a generous friend and the heart of her family, Donna Grotto passed away peacefully on Friday, February 7th. Raised in Bay Shore, Long Island, she was the oldest of six siblings, and never missed a birthday or important milestone in the lives of all who knew her. She married her great love on February 7th, 1970 and enjoyed 50 years of a beautiful marriage. She enjoyed music, spending time with friends and family and volunteering at her local church.

She is survived by her husband Jules Grotto and her three children Kevin, Stephen and Julie, who will hold her in their hearts forever.

Visitation will be held at Massapequa Funeral Home on Long Island on Friday March 20th from 5pm-8pm, a funeral mass will be held at St. Rose of Lima Church in Massapequa the following morning at 11am. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children in her memory.
