Donna Lee Gorton gained her angel wings and was welcomed home by her Lord and savior on January 15, 2024 at 12:05am. She was 82 years old. Donna lived a happy and beautiful life surrounding herself with loved ones and her faith. Those of us who were lucky enough to be Blessed by her existence will always cherish the imprint she left in our hearts. Forever her memory will exceed the quantity of time that she had with us. Not a day went by where Donna did not talk about how much joy and love she felt towards all of her family, friends and loved ones. Donna's family and strong faith were the most important things in her life. Donna is survived by her daughter [Sandy Barron], her grandchildren [Devon, Kylie, Kandra, Donnie, Crystal and Joshua], her son-in-law [son] David Barron, and countless of her loved ones and friends. She also worked and retired at the Correctional Men’s Colony at San Luis Obispo, CA. Services are still being organized and that information will be made available shortly.
