Background
Donna died in our care after 6 months. Her Medicaid waiver had been approved and we had also purchased a life ins. Policy but it was scheduled to commence in August. She seemed in stable health, and policy would have matured in 3 years. Sadly she died unexpectedly of a heart attack, suddenly. Her family is 1500 miles away, and without means to make arrangements.
