Mrs. Donna R. Wilson passed away on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at Cullman Regional Medical Center. She was born July 24, 1944, to Charles Edward Rizor and Nellie Florine Chilson Rizor. Born in Finland, Ohio, Donna Eileen Rizor, moved to Florida at the age of 8, where she grew up and graduated from Crystal River High School.
