DONNA LYLA WISE CLACK, 86, died peacefully at home on September 20, 2021, in Dallas, TX. She is survived by sisters Danessa Frances, Earlene Wise; children with former husband RC Clack: Kimbrely Clack (Karen), Carla Clack, Dana Clack, Christopher Clack; grandchildren Benjamin Clack, Anisten Clack, (Ryan Bell predeceased); and many nieces and nephews.
