Mr. Donald “Don” Dean Zuern died unexpectedly in his home on Saturday, October 31, 2020 in Plymouth, Ohio at the age of 60. Don is survived by his children Andrew Zuern of Norfolk, VA and Lauren Sanchez (Zuern) of Dillonvale, Ohio; four grandchildren, Jayden, Carmine, Kyan and Sophia; Brothers Richard Zuern and Terry Zuern both of Tiffin, OH. He is preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Lucius; father, Duane Zuern; and a brother, Steve. Don was born on August 16, 1960 in Fostoria, Ohio. He graduated from Columbian High School in 1979. After getting married and having children, he relocated to Toledo where he owned and operated multiple Double D’s Pizza. After selling his restaurants, he ventured into the technology business and opened up a computer sales & service store in Maumee, Oh. After a decade there, he relocated his home and business to Plymouth,Ohio where he owned and operated Computer Center Of Plymouth. His children remember him as a hardworking father who always was cracking jokes and entertaining them with magic tricks and his love for Halloween. Don was an accomplished entrepreneur and loved to go bowling and camping with his best friend Brian Schwaderer. He also made many friends across the country from being an established online country singer over the years. He was a witty individual who loved sports and who was passionate about the Cleveland Browns. He was an active and dedicated member of a local bowling league in Plymouth and was known around town for his computer store.
A celebration of life is scheduled for Saturday, November 14, 2020 at 11am at Lifepoint Community Church located at 260 Riggs st. Plymouth, Ohio 44865. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Don’s life. Condolences and flowers can can be sent to Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Oh. His children would like to thank the Schwaderer’s for their wonderful friendship to Don over the last 35 years and treating him like family.
