Background
Don was diagnosed with Glioblastoma on December 4, 2017. On December 26th he underwent surgery to remove the tumor, followed by several types of Chemotherapy & Radiation treatments during his 29 month journey. The standard of care hasn't changed in over 30 years. The survival rate after diagnosis is 12 - 14 months, it is a disease that takes you piece by piece. Don fought valiantly living each day to the fullest, having the hope of heaven before him. In an effort to learn more about this cruel disease Don chose to donate his body.
